Please submit waiver and medical info forms at, or prior to, your first workout in 2018. (If you registered after September 1st, 2017, no need to submit until 2019.)

fall 2018 info
There are 5 practices offered each week, plus a motor skills class. There is an additional 3 Monday practices for those preparing to run the Mayor's Cup XC on October 21. When registering, please choose which practices you will attend. Your child (age 9+) and the team will benefit most from attending regularly; 2 times per week is best (once for 7&8 yr olds ok). For those unable to commit to attending weekly, you may attend on a drop-in basis.
Please note that regular participants will receive priority when assigning volunteers. Workouts will be planned with regular attendees in mind. Drop-ins may join as they wish and see fit.
fall Event Dates to keep in mind and plan for:
Sunday, September 30 - Trail Run at Battle Road Trail (in lieu of Lexington track practice)
Sunday, October 21 - Mayor's Cup Cross Country Races (1.1 miles for age 6-14 / 5K (3.1 miles) for ages 15+)
Saturday, October 27 - 5K and 1 mile road race
Sunday, November 11 - End of season team meet (everyone should plan to be there!)
