Please submit waiver and medical info forms at, or prior to, your first workout in 2018.  (If you registered after September 1st, 2017, no need to submit until 2019.)

WHERE: Lexington Community Center

WHEN: Fridays, 4:15-5:15pm (no session on March 30)
