Young Adult / teen program

This is a developing program which is an extension of Run Club for older teens and young adults who wish to run more regularly than offered with the regular program, and/or receive specific training. In addition to the regular Run Club seasons, there may also be additional group runs, which may continue between regular seasons. More time may also be spent on strength and mobility, and training plans may be issued for the runners to follow.

We also aim to establish relationships with local runners and clubs in the Greater Boston area to develop a community of support and inclusion, and connect Verge runners with mentors and additional opportunities.
